Projection Ports

First-rate projection demands first-rate ports. A durable construction with good sound insulation, a high optical transfer through the glass and easily removable glass for thorough cleaning guarantee that Jack Roe's ports are not the weak link in a theater's projection system.

Using high quality ports is of similar importance to using high quality lenses. They are critical to the image onscreen as they are the interface between projection booth and audience auditorium. Excellent resolution and brightness leaving the projector is immaterial if they are compromised before the image reaches the screen, or if projectionists can be heard behind the back wall of the auditorium. For ultimate presentation and light transfer, anti-reflective glass is recommended

 Some ports are typically on the shelf and available for immediate shipping but for multiplex orders please order at least 4-6 weeks in advance whenever possible.  All glass must be shipped freight.  Port frames can be sent via air (if available) but the glass must follow separately.
